Blood in My Eye is the fifth studio album by rapper Ja Rule released in 2003. It was done during the feuds with other rappers including 50 Cent, Eminem, D12, Dr. Dre, DMX and Busta Rhymes. The album was named after George Jackson's radical book of the same name. Hussein Fatal of Outlawz, Cadillac Tah, James Gotti, Sizzla, Black Child, Young Merc & D.O. Cannon, Shadow, and Sekou 720 are featured on this album. Blood in My Eye moved about 139,000 copies in its opening week.[4]

The album was also released in a censored format removing most profanities, drug-related and violent content.
